Update

The triathlon will start at 7AM sharp, we are expecting a few more people then last year and we only have six lanes available to us at the pool for only an hour, so we have decided to do different heats. We need to know if you are a fast, medium, or slow swimmer, we also need to know your T-shirt size so please send an email to ilovetheron@gmail.com with your swim pace and your T-shirt size.
