The McCarty'sWe had such a great time planning the triathlon and participating in it this year. We biked about 4.5 miles to a friends home with a pool, swam like 10 laps, and then ran 2.1 miles to mom's house. Even though some people got lost on the way it was still a great time. I think if anything we learned about Dad during this crazy journey is that he was crazy!! We didn't even come close to participating in a full sprint triathlon and we were huffing and puffing! One thing that Dad certainly believed in was being active, and while our triathlon isn't quite a full sprint triathlon I think Dad would be happy we are just being active. Hope to see you there!
